Athletics events that I have learnt this term are shot put, discus, 100m sprint, long jump, high jump, relay
List one technique helpful for each event
For long jump leap off one foot and land on two and try stay balanced once you land.
For shot put down throw it as good as you can
For discus you need to throw it as far as you possibly can.
For the sprints its as if you running away from someone or to someone.
And do your best and give it you 100%
